What We Do Not Handle
RestRight Reviews is an independent editorial publication. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute sleep products. As a result, we cannot help with:
- Order status, tracking, or shipping issues
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges
- Warranty claims
- Product defects or quality complaints
- Customer service issues with mattress, pillow, or bedding manufacturers
For any of these issues, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product (typically Amazon.com if you used one of our affiliate links) or the product manufacturer directly. They are responsible for fulfillment, warranties, and customer service.

Response Time
I aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-3 business days. Trademark and intellectual property concerns receive priority response, typically within one business day.
Some types of messages take longer to address. Detailed corrections that require fact-checking, complex editorial questions, or research into past content may take a week or more to resolve thoroughly. I will always acknowledge receipt promptly and let you know if a longer timeline is needed.
